Quotes are usually sent within a few days. If you do not receive a reply within a week, please check your spam folder as some go there or contact me again.

Please request dates with advance notice, I usually cannot accept last minute orders. I work at an export office during the day, and bake at night

I will add a rush fee at my discretion for all orders placed the same week.  

After you receive a quote, please advise if you will or not proceed with the order just by accepting or declining directly on the quote. Upon your acceptance you should receive payment options. Please contact me if you have any trouble or have questions with payment.

Quote is valid for 48 hours, after that you the quote will be cancelled, and you will need to send again if still interested to verify if date is still open.

Please note that lead time for orders is approximately 4 weeks but sometimes I book 3-6 months in advance, please plan accordingly.

You can always check if there is an opening for less than 4 weeks notice, or get on a waiting list for last minute availability.
